Halsall has successfully completed Performance Audits on facilities of all shapes and sizes, from 10 unit condominiums to large-scale mixed-use complexes. We compare as-built conditions with the drawings, and identify deficiencies that may qualify for warranty coverage. Our experience working on building rehabilitation helps us recognize existing deficiencies in their early stages that are likely to cause problems in the future.
